EUROPE RESOURCES GROUP is actively developing the supply of high-quality ammonia fertilizers to the European market and beyond. We cooperate with leading manufacturers of Urea.

Urea UREA 46% grade A, B

Depending on the purpose, two brands of urea are produced.

Application

Brand A – for industry – as a raw material for the synthesis of valuable chemical products: urea resins, melamine, cyanuric acid and its esters, hydrazine, etc., as well as pharmaceuticals and some dyes. In the oil industry, it is used for deparaffinization of oils and motor fuels with the release of soft paraffin – raw materials for obtaining protein-vitamin preparations, fatty alcohols and acids, detergents, etc.
Brand B – for crop production – as a universal concentrated water-soluble nitrogen fertilizer that dissolves in water, intended for use under all cultivated crops on all types of soil, convenient to use, non-toxic and gives a steady increase in yield. It can be used in animal husbandry as a feed additive.
Urea is a universal mineral fertilizer containing the maximum amount of nitrogen (46.2%). It is used on all types of soil and under all agricultural crops for the main introduction into the soil, feeding in early spring and during the growing season. Compared to other nitrogen fertilizers, urea has a high resistance to leaching, that is, it is less prone to leaching from the soil. The highest yield increases were obtained on moistened sod-podzolic soils and under irrigation conditions when applied under sugar beets, vegetable crops, and potatoes. Urea is especially effective in combination with phosphoric fertilizers and potassium sulfate. It does not clump during long-term storage. Urea is not a toxic product and under normal conditions it is explosion and fireproof.

Security requirements

Under normal conditions, urea is non-flammable, non-flammable and non-explosive, according to the degree of impact on the body it belongs to substances of the 3rd class of danger.

Transportation, storage

Urea is transported by all types of transport. Urea is transported in bulk in specialized self-unloading wagons, in closed sea deck vessels, by motor vehicles, as well as in rolling stock. The product is packed in soft specialized containers (big bags) or in bulk. It is allowed to transport in semi-wagons and open vehicles. Urea is stored in closed warehouses that protect the product from precipitation. When storing the product in bulk, it is not allowed to mix it with other types of fertilizers. Soft containers with urea and transport bags sealed with synthetic film are allowed to be stored in open areas.
